spire-heron was established in 2018 by a team of former small business owners who experienced firsthand the challenges of international expansion. After successfully scaling our own ventures across multiple markets, we recognized a significant gap in the consulting landscape: most international expansion advice was designed for large corporations with substantial resources.
We set out to create a different kind of consultancy—one that understands budget constraints, values practical solutions over theoretical frameworks, and delivers results that small teams can actually implement.
Today, we work with businesses across Canada and beyond, helping them leverage digital tools and strategic planning to reach customers in new markets without the traditional overhead of international expansion.
